RaisE Business Centre (Rail, Accelerator and Innovation Solutions Hub for Enterprise) at Goole’s 36 Enterprise Zone has now completed on site for East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
Designed by THP and constructed by Willmott Dixon, the three storey business centre provides 30 office spaces over 3 floors, as well as modern conference rooms, communal break-out areas and a café hub.
Offices and workshops are set over the ground and first floor, with Siemens Mobility taking the second floor.
