We are proud to be the lead architect and principal designer for the transformation of Capitol Industrial Park in Colindale, London. Working alongside Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Ltd and NEAT Developments, we’ve recently secured planning permission from Brent Council for a two-storey, multi-tenant industrial scheme that the future of logistics and industrial space.
Our design delivers over 190,000 sqft of flexible, future-proofed industrial floorspace, underpinned by a clear industrial intensification strategy aligned with the London Plan, Greater London’s spatial development framework.
The development goes beyond industrial use, with plans also including a dedicated café and communal space for local community use, alongside enhanced landscaping to support wellbeing.
With a strong focus on sustainability, the project is targeting BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC ‘A’ ratings. It’s also embedding circular economy principles throughout the delivery phase, including steel reuse and the use of other low-carbon materials.
