Works have commenced on site for the construction of Drive Thru units located on Hucknall Lane, Nottingham on behalf of our client Mersenne Developments.
Other schemes currently on site include the construction of three new build units comprising an 80,000 ft2 McCarthy’s self-storage unit over 4 floors, a 4,700 ft2 Screwfix and a 10,000 ft2 unit for client McCarthy’s Removals & Storage Ltd.
New façade refurbishment works for Dunelm are progressing on site at Clifton Moor, York on behalf of our client ALMCOR (RW York) Limited as is the Extension to Aldi at Fairlands Way, Stevenage.
Site works for the ALDI Neston region are progressing well with steelwork flying up at Pwllheli and the façade works nearing completion at Viking Way Congleton. Both stores are due for opening later this year which will be a great achievement.
