Works have commenced on a new scheme of speculatively developed manufacturing units, totalling 52,000 sq.ft of space, at the Advanced Manufacturing Park (AMP) in Waverley, Rotherham. The units are part of the second phase of Harworth Estate’s “R-evolution @ The AMP” scheme and will offer space to lease for advanced manufacturing occupiers from 4,900 sq.ft up to a maximum of 52,000 sq.ft upon completion in March 2017.
The AMP is already home to businesses that provide technology solutions for use in precision industries including aerospace, defence, construction, automotive, sport and others. Organisations located at the AMP include Boeing, Rolls Royce, the University of Sheffield, Castings Technology International (CTI), Dormer Tools, Sandvik Coromant and TWI.
