Phase 2 has recently completed at West Side Retail Park in Guiseley, Leeds, including extending the existing Next store to include their Next at Home department. Next has positively doubled in size on site with their new store totalling circa 26,800 sq.ft including mezzanines.
Phase 3 is already well underway with improved site junction and Sportsdirect opening up on site. Further works include refurbishing the remaining Currys PC World terrace anticipated to follow in the new year.
