We are delighted to announce two new senior associate appointments to our expanding network of regional offices.
Ian Perrell, 28, has been promoted associate at THP’s central London office after six years with the firm. He has extensive experience of the commercial sector, working with THP clients including J.P. Morgan, Hammerson, British Land and TH Real Estate, to deliver major mixed-use, retail and leisure developments across the UK. Ian helped to establish the firm’s London office which opened in March 2016 with a remit to build a central city presence with national investor-developers and fund holding clients.
The Harris Partnership has also promoted Justin Griffiths, 45, to associate in our Milton Keynes office after three years with the firm. Justin is a key player in the design and delivery of schemes across the country for retailers such as ALDI and Wickes, whilst progressing schemes with developers and investors on commercial and residential schemes.
Group Managing Director, Mike Schorah said: “I congratulate Ian and Justin on their deserved appointments which are key to driving further growth in the business and delivering even better client service.
“Our policy of recognising talent and experience within the firm ensures we retain people who are immersed in The Harris Partnership culture and business philosophy, and creates a springboard for promotions to partner level in the future.”
The appointments follow a year of unprecedented growth at The Harris Partnership during which the firm has delivered the highest turnover in its 33 year history and expanded our work force to over 160 employees with 10 new associates across five regional offices including Wakefield, Manchester Milton Keynes, London and Reading.
