Our scheme at Manvers, Rotherham for Esh Construction and Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council has now completed on site.
The scheme provides space for 20 workshops, 16 office units and 2 laboratories with central reception facilities providing a serviced business function to all tenants.
The facilities are for micro and start-up office-based businesses and designed to incubate and develop growth by the provision of fully serviced units.
