Consent has been granted for two drive thru units at Leamington Shopping Park to replace the Frankie and Bennys restaurant which will be demolished.
The Harris Partnership have been working with Colliers to provide a 2,000sqft and a 2,860sqft unit which will enhance the other offerings on the retail park.
The drive thru units will be operated by KFC and Five Guys, which for Five Guys will be one of the first few in the UK, with only three others currently up and running.
The units are bespoke designed with contemporary anthracite and timber detailing.
