We’re pleased to have submitted our plans to Didcot Town Council for the new Neighbourhood Centre on behalf of our client Quora.
The development which includes 960 sqm of retail space below 42 residential apartments – 23 one bed and 19 two bed; a Starbucks coffee drive through unit with external seating, children’s nursery, 66-bed care home and an additional five storey build to rent apartment block featuring 127 new homes in a mix of studio, on-bed and two-bed apartments.
The Neighbourhood Centre forms part of the wider North East Didcot masterplan which is being brought forward by Legal & General Homes and Croudace Homes Group.
Our designs aim to create an impressive gateway to the wider development whilst ensuring connectivity and permeability through the addition of both strong road and active travel routes from the site into the wider development.
