Detailed plans have been submitted for a large unit on the Advanced Manufacturing Park in South Yorkshire.
Harworth Group, supported by The Harris Partnership and Barton Willmore, has submitted a reserved matters application to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council for a 4.88-acre plot of land at the park.
Planning permission is sought for an 86,205 sqft unit suitable for industrial, storage, distribution and ancillary office. The proposed Unit 12 at AMP would comprise 70,000 sqft of space on the ground floor, 3,000 sqft of offices and 11,280 sqft on the first floor.
A BREEAM rating of ‘very good’ is targeted.
