Work led by The Harris Partnership to develop plans for four new industrial and warehouse units on the outskirts of York have been given the green light.
We worked closely with Paloma Capital to secure planning for the four buildings, which will total 34,000 sq. ft. at the location, which has recently been rebranded as York North.
York North is a well-established business hub with long standing occupiers, and we have been delighted to have played a key role in evolving its proposition further.
Following the approval, we will continue to be involved with design and build opportunities being offered to occupiers for units ranging from 4,000 sq. ft. up to 15,400 sq. ft.
Paloma Capital is also investing to upgrade existing premises on the 122,000 sq. ft. estate, which includes the complete refurbishment of a standalone 12,500 sq. ft. unit with secure yard which is available to let.
