Planning Consent has been granted for the bespoke store designed for Aldi Store Ltd, which is to be located next to the Sheppey Regional Distribution Centre. The design of the store responds to the environment that it is situated in, with the roof shape correlating to the undulations in the landscape to the North East of the Queenborough Road. The unusual brickwork patterning represents the pebble banding on the nearby shoreline. The development is due to start on site in the Spring, with a view to complete at the end of 2021.
