A new £25m sustainable logistics development located on the A1, has received planning consent.
Bolt Borehamwood, designed on behalf of Harleyford Capital and Fiera Real Estate Europe, places sustainability and operational efficiency at its core. The scheme targets EPC A and BREEAM Excellent standards, incorporating solar panels, EV charging infrastructure and a future proof layout engineered for modern distribution and last mile logistics needs.

Following the planning approval, start on site is targeted for Q2 this year.
