Steelwork is now in place for the new £6m industrial development at Capitol Park in Barnsley, with cladding underway and practical completion expected this summer. Designed by The Harris Partnership for contractor PDR, the units will range from 3,000 to 11,800 sq ft. Carnell Management Services is speculatively building the 15 units for industrial, storage and distribution uses with strong interest already showing from potential occupiers.
