Work completes on major residential scheme in Edgware / February, 2026

The development known as Premier Place delivers new residential and retail accommodation with under croft car parking alongside the existing Broadwalk Shopping Centre and surrounding retailers. The development is entirely brownfield regeneration – formerly a car park, and originally the site of Edgware railway station and associated loading yards dating back to 1867.

Designed for Sovereign Network Group in Wembley and built by Stack London under Construction Management procurement, the 124 unit scheme comprises of Shared Ownership, London Living Rent, and London Affordable Rent products over four blocks, the highest of which is 17 storeys with upper levels reflecting a cruciform arrangement and open balconies. The scheme is predominantly brickwork and natural zinc, has parking and retail at ground floor, a landscaped podium with allotments and children’s play areas, CHP and solar PV.
