Sterling Capitol, supported by The Harris Partnership and Peacock + Smith, has submitted an application to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for a development to the North of the existing Capitol Park scheme.
Planning permission is sought for a total of 189,000 sqft of industrial development on the 13.8-acre site, including associated car parking, service areas and landscaping and has the potential to support the creation of hundreds of jobs on the site in South Yorkshire.
