We’re delighted to announce we received planning approval last night for our major multi level logistics scheme in Thurrock on behalf of our client British Land.
The scheme provides over 666,000 sqft over two principal floors with independent yards. The first floor utilises the topography of the site to minimise ramps and provides full HGV access.
The scheme will be BREEAM Outstanding and provide true industrial intensification on a former underutilised retail site.
This is the 4th multi level scheme we’ve gained approval for in 2023 and the fun begins in 2024 with some of these starting on site. Watch this space!
