We’re delighted to be working with Scarborough Group International on its designs for a new industrial space close to its Thorpe Park, Leeds site.
The development, named Integral, offers 645,834 sqft of industrial and logistics space alongside ancillary offices, and has been designed to respond to market interest and occupier demand, in the advanced manufacturing, logistics and industrial sectors.
