A multi-million pound renovation on an ‘impressive’ building in the centre of Leeds has completed.
The Harris Partnership and Vector Design Concepts has finished work on the renovation of One Embankment in the heart of the city.
Comprising five-storeys, the building will offer a range of flexible working spaces including self-contained open plan office-space, a ground floor reception area and business lounge.
Vector Design Concept’s Ketia Fong Wah commented: “Obviously more people are working from home but the right office space is still business critical.
“Demand continues to rise for flexible spaces that offer breakout areas, room for collaboration and an environment that enables creative thinking – and that’s what One Embankment’s new space will deliver.”
A spokesperson for LaSalle Investment Management added: “On behalf of its retained client owner, LaSalle Investment Management is absolutely delighted to launch a superb grade A refurbished office building in such a good location.
“The finished building has unrivalled amenity with a high quality ground floor reception and business lounge, river terrace and excellent levels of secure on-site car-parking.
“In terms of rent, the property is priced extremely competitively considering the quality of the accommodation offered.”
