Our Milton Keynes team is acting as lead consultant and architect for the first care home scheme to be managed by The Harris Partnership. A joint planning application with operator, Taylor & Taylor who will be building out the scheme next year, was granted in August on behalf of developer-client, The Mercian Group, for a 60-bed care home in Moreton in Marsh. The modern design, using locally soured stone and render, with large expanses of glazing will open views across the Cotswold area of outside natural beauty.
