On Thursday 14 March 2024, a breaking ground ceremony was held on site at Atlantic Park to mark the beginning of Phase 1 of construction which commenced on site in April 2024. Our team from THP were in attendance alongside our client, Royal London Asset Management to mark this occasion. We look forward to seeing the construction of 4 new modern industrial and logistics units ranging in size from 43,000 sq. ft. to 134,000 sq. ft., coming to life.
