We’re pleased to have submitted the detailed design proposals for a £20-million new retail and roadside development to the south of Derby on behalf of Rothstone Estates.
The reserved matters application relates to a mixed-use development which will deliver a range of retail, food and convenience-led amenities, including an Aldi food store, a Starbucks drive-thru café and an additional drive-thru unit. Plans also incorporate a BP filling station with a Marks & Spencer convenience store, alongside a transport hub and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
