A new build (shell only) Sports Direct retail unit has now started on the site of former Paradox Nightclub, alongside the A59 Ormskirk Road; there will also be a new Car Park and Landscaping on the site.
With a gross internal foot print of 20,000sqft, the unit has been designed and built directly for our Client; Sports Direct and will include for a fully equipped gym at first floor level. The value of this project will be in the region of £3 million and is due for completion in October 2014.
