Planning approval has bee secured for a prime 180,000 sq ft multi-let logistics development in North West London, designed on behalf of Harleyford Capital.
The site is strategically located to service a population of around 25 million people within a two hour drive time, and provides easy access to the M1, M25 and Central London and will see the creation of 13 units ranging from c. 7,000 sq ft – 40,000 sq ft.
With a GDV of more than £80m, the development is focused on delivering the future of logistics with the units all targeting EPC A+ and BREEAM Outstanding accreditations. The Scheme which will regenerate a seven acre brownfield site, transforming a redundant business park space into modern industrial and logistics will also be one of the first WiredScore Certified urban logistics developments in the UK.
