Works have completed on Pin Yard, The £34m residential development which is part of the Holbeck Urban Village in the south bank area of Leeds.
The 13 storey build to rent scheme delivers 216 high spec apartments comprising a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, including rentable media spaces and an onsite gym, for property developer Oakapple Group and the UK’s largest listed private landlord Grainger plc.
The scheme was designed by The Harris Partnership in coordination with interior designers Vector DC and 74, and built by main contractor Tolent.
