THP in association with interior design company Red Frog Design Ltd designed the building for developers Horncastle group for CHCP. This is the first office of an overall masterplan to include a public house and restaurants which are already completed and 3 further offices, 2 of which are scheduled to start on site in March and to be built on a speculative basis.
The offices are positional around a central oriented courtyard with landscaping designed in house by Vector Landscapes in order to create a well-considered external urban space. The scheme has also achieved a Breeam Very Good rating and has been short listed for the RICS Pro Yorkshire commercial project of the year
