We at THP are delighted to announce that our project at Northampton Gateway on behalf of our client Maritime Transport Ltd has reached practical completion.
THP acted as Architects delivering 18,500 sqft of high spec office accommodation and driver’s facilities. Our sister company, Harris Project Management acted as Employers Agent, Project Manager and CDM Principal Designer.
This is the 1st of 3 projects currently onsite for Maritime Transport Ltd to reach PC, with East Midlands Gateway and Liverpool Hornby Dock sites completing in Summer 24 and Spring 25 retrospectively.
We are delighted to have the opportunity to deliver this and future projects for our fantastic client.
