Recently completed Kingsley Village Retail Park located just off the A30, a main road linking Exeter to Cornwall, the existing food hall was demolished to make way for a new £10 million pound retail development to complement the existing Starbucks and Next units.
The development consists of an M&S flagship store including café facilities with balcony seating that is over 67,000 sqft, a Boots which includes a pharmacy, a TKMaxx fashion store and outdoor clothing and equipment specialists Mountain Warehouse.
Infrastructure works including provisions for 345 car parking spaces and cycle facilities along with an extensive landscaping scheme.
