After 10 years in the making, Wykeland Group’s £120m Flemingate shopping and leisure venue opened in Beverley today to widespread acclaim.
The 162,561 sq ft centre has attracted a raft of top brand tenants including Debenhams, The Entertainer, Wilko, Card Factory, Guest & Philips. Costa, Deli No.1 and Patisserie Valerie, immediately establishing itself as a major new destination venue for East Yorkshire.
Calendar Club has also opened a pop-up store for the Christmas period with The Kingston Art Group and Hull City Tigers set to undertake similar ventures whilst H&M, Trespass and Poundland are set to open in the area ahead of the new six-screen, 1,000-seat Parkway cinema launching in December.
