The Harris Partnership has designed Beal Homes’s new £5.5m, 20,000 sq ft headquarters which the housebuilder has moved in to at Bridgehead Business Park in Hessle.
The new building, which is 100 yards from the firm’s previous base, offers its office-based team members a modern working environment which includes a first floor outdoor terrace and a design lounge where customers can work with Beal’s designers to personalise their new home to fit their lifestyle and tastes.
The project was delivered by Wykeland Group, the owner and developer of Bridgehead.
Carl Braim, Director at The Harris Partnership said: “It’s been fantastic to work with Beal Homes and Wykeland Group to deliver this new modern headquarters as Beal enters its 55th year in business. Our aim was to create a space which provided a fantastic working environment for the team but was also welcoming for customers allowing them to engage with the Beal brand and use the latest technology to view developments, house types and importantly work with the team to make them personal.”
