Project: The site, which boasts extensive river frontage at the western edge of Leeds city centre housed the offices and the print works of the Yorkshire Post which have now been demolished.
The scheme comprises of 242 new, purpose-built rental homes over 18 floors, about 3,600sqft of amenity space, a 3,277sqft commercial unit and 72 car parking spaces.
