Project: A vibrant residential lead regeneration scheme on the existing Gas Holder site in Crayford, Greater London. Set to go in for planning in 2021 the scheme proposes 265 homes over a complicated split level site. With a combination of apartments, duplexes and townhouses the scheme operates a low rise density.
