Project: A competition winning scheme designed for Wykeland Group to convert the site of the former Northallerton Women’s HMP site into a vibrant mixed use extension to the Town Centre. The scheme comprises of retail, restaurants, residential, office and a 5 screen cinema. A number of the existing prison buildings are retained and converted to residential and office accommodation. The original cell block is designed to become a new managed office space to provide small and starter businesses in the area with a base to share talent and ideas.
