Project: New District centre development following the completion and delivery of the new WERR (Wakefield Eastern Relief Road) focused around delivering an approved adopted centre plan design around the new build residential centre. Scheme includes a new build neighborhood foodstore, public house, small retail and leisure, health and childcare facilities as well as small restaurant / food offer and car parking.
