Project: THP are working with Maritime Transporton multiple sites at Northampton, Felixstowe and East Midlands. Currently at Planning stage. Northampton and East Midlands both include container rail handling units. A new 5 million pound depot in Manchester is on site and includes a depot for 132 HGV vehicles with a new office and amenity building. The site includes secure access and gatehouse, controlled circulation routes, and vehicle fuel and wash facilities. The project is designed to create a Maritime specific benchmark to role out onto the other sites. The Harris Partnership worked closely with Maritime to create a model which provides an occupancy for 40-50 staff.
