Client: Junestead (Cypress Point) LTD
Project: THP have completed an Architectural monitoring role on behalf of the client for the replacement of external facades and balconies to this 9-storey block of 35 residential apartments, with materials of limited combustibility to ensure the building now complies with recent government advice following updates prompted by the Grenfell tragedy. All apartments remained in occupation during construction works and the residents are delighted that the building now meets the required standards.
