Project: The Dock is an office development in the Fruit Market regeneration area of Hull. The proposal provides a Grade A office development, which includes a mix of bespoke and speculative accommodation. C4DI is a business community which provides accommodation for like minded Tech based businesses to establish and grow. The office is part of a wider development which creates a community of businesses which operate from The Dock.
