Client: Royal London Assett Management Ltd

Project: Phase 1 of the development will deliver two logistics units totalling circa 96,000 sqft to the north of the site. The scheme will provide logistics and office space, alongside car parking facilities and landscaping. The proposals have been designed to meet high sustainability standards and will include extensive landscape to improve the site’s ecological value as well as mitigate noise requirements in the context of nearby residential.

Plans for an extended Phase 2 masterplan are programmed to be submitted Q2 2023.
