Experienced Architectural Technician/Technologist (10+ Years PQE) – Manchester / March, 2026

The Role

As a senior member of the technical team, you will lead the delivery of projects from RIBA Stage 4 through to completion. You will be expected to work with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring technical excellence across our diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Delivery: Develop comprehensive project information from RIBA Stage 4 onwards.
  • Project Coordination: Manage day-to-day information flow across the design team and external consultants.
  • Contractor Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for main contractors and sub-contractor teams.
  • Site Leadership: Attend design team and site meetings, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.
  • Information Management: Maintain, update, and issue precise working drawing packs throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience (PQE) with a proven track record of managing medium/large-scale schemes.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD and a strong working knowledge of Revit is essential.
  • Leadership: Ability to work individually and unsupported while also collaborating effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Mobility: A full UK driving license is preferred, as projects are located nationwide.
