Project: New 27,000sqft shell for Tesco designed to their latest specification to deliver enhanced environmental performance and appearance, representing a departure from the standard retail shed vernacular. Features include a timber structural frame to the sales area, extensive glazing to provide increased natural lighting, external timber cladding and rainwater harvesting all to achieve a BREEAM rating of Very Good.
