COVID-19 POLICY STATEMENT

Last Updated 9th March 2023

The Harris Group takes the threat posed by Covid-19 seriously and our approach to this situation is based on current guidance from the World Health Organisation, UK Government and the Construction Leadership Council.

Covid-19 Office Risk Assessments for each of our offices have been carried out and shared with all employees so that they comply with the specific preventive measures and precautions as detailed. These are reviewed and updated on a regular basis to suit ongoing developments and improvements. Visitors to our offices can request a copy of the Covid-19 Office Risk Assessment from gailstockdale@harrispartnership.com

Employees who need to attend construction sites will follow the Principal Contactor’s site rules and procedures. Where it is not possible for an employee to safely attend site for personal reasons, a full handover of the project information will be given to another suitable member of the team who will attend to carry out our contracted services. When on site at a third party location, if our employee has any reservations that the visit cannot be carried out safely they are advised to report this to the site manager and then leave site.

The Harris Group remains committed to maintain a quality service for all of our clients. We are taking all reasonable steps to ensure we continue to meet our client obligations and operate our core activities as normal while ensuring the safety of our employees, carefully monitoring the situation and government guidance.

Any further changes to any of these measures will be informed by advice from the above-mentioned sources and communicated both to staff and clients accordingly and as appropriate.
