Project: Construction has started on a residential and leisure development in Scarborough’s North Bay which includes apartments, multi-storey car park and restaurants, anchored by a £14m, seven-screen cinema which will be run by national operator The Light Cinemas. Designed by The Harris Partnership for Waterpark developer, the cinema will be ready to open for the 2018 summer season with construction bringing a major economic boost for Scarborough.
