Mixed Use Masterplanning -
Flemingate

Client: Wykeland Group

Project: Ten years in the making, representing the largest single regeneration scheme of its kind in the locality and one of only four major town centre schemes completed in the UK in 2015, Flemingate is a £120m mixed use retail and leisure destination development occupying a 16 acre brownfield site in the heart of the historic market town of Beverley, East Yorkshire where it is credited as having a transformational impact on the local economy since opening in November 2015.

Designed as a natural extension of the traditional town centre, the scheme encompasses alongside 162,561 sq. ft. of retail space anchored by a 40.000 sq. ft. Debenhams store with restaurants, multi-screen cinema, college campus, office accommodation, an 80-bed hotel and 500 space car park
