This position is predominantly aimed at school/college leavers seeking a career within architectural world of construction. This role would provide an individual with the opportunity to learn at college whilst working in a busy architectural practice where an individual would be teamed with experienced members of staff to mentor their development throughout the apprenticeship scheme. The practice will work closely with the individual and their college to ensure that full support is provided throughout the training scheme with clear routes of progression within the business and the opportunity to progress to chartered status.
The vacancy is office based but with the opportunity to visit site with other team members.
I.T Skills would be an advantage particularly in Microsoft Office and any experience of drawing software particularly AutoCAD, Revit would be beneficial but not a requirement.
Skills required:
Good communication skills both written and oral.
It skills – Microsoft office etc.
Minimum 5 GCSE including Maths and English
Personal skills:
