Our team has been busy working on a new industrial unit for Sheffield Business Park in South Yorkshire.
Designed in partnership with RPP Group for sustainable development specialists Gregory Properties, construction of the 33,600 sq ft unit has already begun, with the steel frame and roof of the unit assembled and work on track for completion in January 2024.
The industrial development is close to Junctions 33 and 34 of the M1 and is the latest addition to the already established 200-acre Sheffield Business Park which sits within the newly announced South Yorkshire UK Investment Zone.
The finished unit will include of 30,500 sq ft of industrial and warehouse space with 3,100 sq ft of bespoke office on a mezzanine level.
Nick Gillot, development director at Gregory Properties, commented: “High specification, good yard provision, location, strong environmental credentials all make this a desirable unit for industrial, logistics and distribution use and we look forward to welcoming a new occupier ahead of completion in the early part of 2024.”
THP Chairman, Paul Mitchell, added: “The industrial and logistics sector has seen significant change over the past few years, with a greater need for dynamic designs which can cater to established mix-use communities. We’re pleased to be working with RRP Group and Gregory Properties, to bring our expertise and client-focused approach to design an integrative industrial unit which supports the further growth of Sheffield Business Park.”
