Green Park is an all new employment park to be built at junction 38 on the M62. It is anticipated that when complete the site could provide several hundred new jobs. Phase 1 of the works include office starter units, 20,000sqft industrial unit and estate roadways due for completion early 2015.
The park has been designed with sustainability in mind and the buildings will all be built to BREEAM ‘very good’
Careful consideration has been given to the energy requirements for the site and the developer Horncastle is bringing forward plans for part of the electricity required by the businesses occupying the new offices and industrial buildings to be generated on site from a single wind turbine located to the north of the main spine road.
