Work is underway for client Castlehouse Construction Ltd on an £8m light industrial scheme as part of a major expansion at Thorp Arch Estate near Wetherby.
The development will comprise nine light industrial units providing a total of 93,527 sqft and is expected to be complete in November 2022.
