Full consent for four trade units and outline consent for three more units has been granted on a four acre site on the Marsh Barton Trading Estate, Exeter for client Travis Perkins. The project includes a 25,850 sqm unit, which will be occupied by Travis Perkins and two smaller terraces for trade units on separate plots. The consent requires all to meet BREEAM Excellent rating and will help to revitalise this part of the city.
Other projects submitted for planning include a new Starbucks drive-thru in Grimsby; a major mixed use leisure scheme including a hotel, retail units and restaurants in Scunthorpe, on behalf of Rafkins Leisure Parks Ltd; and we have completed the tender drawings for a proposed Everyman Cinema at Northallerton.
There are several residential schemes progressing with planning in Tonbridge, Kent, Crayford in South East London and a 590 unit development in Croydon, in conjunction with Geraghty Taylor Architects.
