The Harris Partnership is pleased to be supporting with plans to create two new modern commercial buildings at Stover Trading Estate in Yate.
The plans which have been submitted to South Gloucestershire Council, will see the demolition of four industrial buildings that are described as unsuitable for modern occupiers due to being energy inefficient and requiring comprehensive maintenance work. These buildings will be replaced by two modern buildings totaling over 6,000 square metres, which will provide flexible employment space and ancillary offices.
With the existing units having reached the end of their useful life and no longer meeting the requirements of modern occupiers, our client approached us to design two modern industrial units which will deliver employment space and help reinvigorate the estate and attract new occupiers to the area.
