Planning consent has been obtained for three industrial/distribution units varying from 84,000 to 213,000 sq ft. at the 24-acre Fabric Darlington site, which is situated on Tornado Way immediately adjacent to the Amazon fulfilment and distribution centre. Construction is scheduled to begin at the end of quarter two.
